Returns & Refund Policy

At Dozi, we stand behind what we sell. That's why every order comes with a 30 Night Sleep Trial - because we genuinely believe great sleep takes a little time to settle in, and we want you to experience the full difference before making a final call.

The 30 Night Sleep Trial

We ask that you give Dozi a real chance. That means using both the pillow and the melatonin glasses together for a minimum of 10 consecutive nights before requesting a refund. Sleep ergonomics work cumulatively - your neck, shoulders and sleep patterns need time to adjust to proper alignment, and most customers notice the biggest difference between nights 7 and 14. Requesting a refund before giving it that time means you may be missing out on the results you came here for.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • You must have used the pillow and glasses together for a minimum of 10 consecutive nights
  • A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided
  • Proof of purchase is required

To submit a request, email us at team@dozisleep.com with your order number, reason for your request, and confirmation that you have completed the 10-night trial period.

What Happens Next

If your request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–4 business days depending on your bank. We do not accept physical returns - the pillow is yours to keep.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@dozisleep.com with clear photos and a brief description. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Protection

We are not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout. We strongly recommend adding it at the time of your order for complete peace of mind.
