Shipping policy
At Dozi, we're committed to getting your sleep system to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a separate notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Standard delivery times to the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 6–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, weather or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at team@dozisleep.com.
Our Carrier Partners
We work with trusted global shipping carriers including USPS, YunExpress, 4PX and others depending on the most efficient delivery route for your location.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out and we'll investigate immediately.
In the rare event your order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a free replacement or full refund - no questions asked.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us within 12 hours at team@dozisleep.com and we'll do our best to make the change before dispatch.
Shipping Protection
We are not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout. For just $2.00, shipping protection gives you full coverage against loss or damage in transit - we highly recommend it.
